Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Rare Grade Collectibles, including the timeframes and conditions that apply.

Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order. To be eligible, your return request must be made within this 30-day period. Where the return window ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Return shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and return shipping details at no cost to you.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them, with any original packaging, protective cases, slabs or grading holders intact and undamaged. As trading cards and collectibles are sensitive to handling, items that have been removed from sealed or graded holders, or that show signs of use or damage after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund.

How to request a return
To start a return, contact us at support@RareGradeCollectibles.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it falls under the return process described above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Final sale items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.
